I have a PhD in materials engineering specializing in carbide materials. I have spent 17 years in manufacturing working for the mining industry. I have been lecturing and performing research at WITS for the past 8 years. My areas of interest include powder metallurgy, high entropy alloys, corrosion, carbides and ceramic materials.
