Caren Billing is currently an Associate Professor at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in the field of electrochemistry. Her research currently includes investigating energy materials with a focus on solid-state electrolytes, electroanalysis, and investigating mineral leaching. Although her expertise lies in electrochemistry, she also uses a range of structural characterisation techniques and has experience in a range of analytical techniques.
