Prof Caren Billing attended the International School of Crystallography in Erice (31 May – 8 June 2024). This was the 59th Course: Powder Diffraction: Advancing Real Materials in the Information Era. She also presented a poster: “Insight into average vs local structure: a variable temperature study of a solid oxide fuel cell electrolyte” (C. Billing, M.A. Kiefer, D. Olds, D.G. Billing). The lectures and workshops were presented by top experts in the field and was a wonderful opportunity to get advice and build networks with all attendees. A school highly recommended for students interested in the field.
